For most events, the Adobe Connect online room will not open until approximately 15 minutes before the start time for each day. For webinars, the maximum number of attendees is 1,000. For conferences and workshops, the maximum number of attendees is 2,000. If you encounter a message that the room is full, you will be able to watch the recording of the event within 24 hours of its conclusion.
If the recording is not on our Past Events page, please visit SBIA’s website at www.fda.gov/cdersbia and click on “CDER SBIA Learn: Webinars, Conferences & Trainings.”
This is most likely due to a “quirk” specific to Outlook regarding how you import .ICS files into Outlook. If you click on the .ICS file link and choose “Open” or “Open with Outlook” it will result in Outlook only importing the first day of the event into your calendar. You need to save the .ICS file to your computer and then use the “Import .ics or .vcs file” process described on this Microsoft support page. Follow those Microsoft instructions up until the last step, instead of selecting “Open as New,” select “Import” to properly import all the event days into your Outlook calendar.
